You can do the certification anytime and from anywhere you want as it is delivered virtually. As soon as you purchase the certification you get access to the learning materials, which include videos, short readings, reflection, and application exercises.
While you can do all the learning in a self-paced way, we highly recommend joining the cohort to deepen your learning during the weekly 90-min discussion and application calls. You can watch the recording if you miss one of the calls.
So here is how it works:
Attend the kickoff session to get an overview of the cohort-led certification process.
In the first months, you will go through the True Tilt Personality Certification:
- Week 1: Study or refresh your memory of the True Tilt Personality Profile module 1 and join the call to discuss and practice.
- Week 2: Do the same for module 2.
- Week 3: Do the same for module 3.
- Join the Presence live virtual workshop that teaches you how to conduct a group-debrief session.
The next months do the Positive Influence Certification, following the same process as the True Tilt Personality Certification. And finally, in the third month, you do the Team Agility Predictor Certification.
You have 12 months to finish your certification. As soon as you are done, or even already once you have finished the True Tilt Profile Certification, join our
