By completing the True Tilt Personality Profile™ certification, you will be able to help individuals and team members recognize the four Tilt patterns within themselves, what drives each one, and how this may impact the ways they show up. You will also be able to help others understand their True Tilt Personality Profile™ reports and implications and identify initial and ongoing ways to develop personal agility holistically.

Positive Influence Predictor™ Certification

Explore what drives most interpersonal conflict and how developing character strength can help individuals and intact teams improve working relationships for greater effectiveness. Discover an easy and sustainable process for developing greater positive influence by increasing character strength and agility, one powerful trait at a time. Course includes online test and a practice debriefing.

Team Agility Predictor™ Certification

Get certified in a tool that allows you to quickly and easily help teams uncover the unconscious habits that may be keeping them from reaching their true potential. Learn how to help them develop a customized plan that enables them to coach themselves back into flow and stay focused on what to start, stop, and keep doing for high-performance, agility
and generativity.

What you will learn:

The four dysfunctions that can arise in team dynamics and how to shift them.

The 12 character strengths required to help teams build a healthy culture.

The four outcomes of the four Tilt patterns.

How to Tilt Intentionally as a team to accomplish very specific outcomes.

How it works

You can do the certification anytime and from anywhere you want as it is delivered virtually. As soon as you purchase the certification you get access to the learning materials, which include videos, short readings, reflection, and application exercises.

While you can do all the learning in a self-paced way, we highly recommend joining the cohort to deepen your learning during the weekly 90-min discussion and application calls. You can watch the recording if you miss one of the calls.

So here is how it works:
Attend the kickoff session to get an overview of the cohort-led certification process.

In the first months, you will go through the True Tilt Personality Certification:

  1. Week 1: Study or refresh your memory of the True Tilt Personality Profile module 1 and join the call to discuss and practice.
  2. Week 2: Do the same for module 2.
  3. Week 3: Do the same for module 3.
  4. Join the Presence live virtual workshop that teaches you how to conduct a group-debrief session.

The next months do the Positive Influence Certification, following the same process as the True Tilt Personality Certification. And finally, in the third month, you do the Team Agility Predictor Certification.

You have 12 months to finish your certification. As soon as you are done, or even already once you have finished the True Tilt Profile Certification, join our Affiliate Partner Community to take advantage of the many offerings we have for you.

Meet your facilitator

Katherine Gilliland is an ICF-certified business coach (PCC) and facilitator with a background in Management Consulting and Human Resources. She has worked with Tilt 365 since 2015, delivering certification classes, conducting Tilt workshops, debriefing Tilt 365 reports, coaching executives to increase positive influence, and contributing to Tilt 365 materials (such as the Weekly Challenges). She uses the Tilt model, concepts and assessments not only with her individual and team clients, but also for herself!
